QUALITY IN = QUALITY OUT
| The way you provide us with a file determines the quality printing that you receive. We throughly check over all files to make sure they are set up to print with the highest quality.
Following the steps below when setting up your file can make the printing process run smoother and guarantee the best results.

- Set up the document sizes according to the piece you are printing. If it has a bleed the file must be set up larger for trimming purposes (see specs and details under design guidelines). Some size guidelines can be found in the chart below.
- Make sure you leave a safety zone (see information under design guidelines). You never want your important information going all the way to the edges, they might be trimmed off in the cutting process.
- Color is important. If the piece is a spot color set it up using the correct PMS colors. If it is full color, make sure all art and text is set to CMYK. If it is black and white make sure everything is set up using black or shades of black only.
- Always set up photos and artwork at a high resolution (300 dpi).
- The best way to submit you file is in a press quality PDF. We most commonly work with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign). We can except files from any Adobe products as will as Freehand, Microsoft Word or Excel.
